Shipping Policies

Please make sure your PayPal email and mailing address' are current, as Enchanted Polish is not responsible for lost packages due to an incorrectly listed mailing address.

Enchanted Polish cannot refund shipping on separate orders but will try to combine orders into one package for customer convenience. A request via email must be made to combine international orders.

Once an order has shipped and a tracking number has been assigned we are no longer responsible for that order.

International orders will be marked as merchandise. Enchanted Polish is not responsible for any duties, taxes, or tariffs that may occur on international orders.

Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final, no returns or exchanges will be accepted.

There will be no refunds or re-shipments if your tracking information shows completion (example: "delivered, accepted, received").

If you have any problems with your received order please email us at info@enchantedpolish.com.

If your order arrives damaged please send an email and photos to info@enchantedpolish.com within 72 hours. Please include your order # and shipping information.

Enchanted Polish reserves the right to cancel and refund any order.
